INNER INQUIRY SESSIONS
Understand what’s really driving your life.
Research is finally catching up to what many intuitively sense: There’s more driving our lives than we’re conscious of.
Psychologist Tasha Eurich's research indicates that while 95% of people believe they are self-aware, only about 10% to 15% actually meet the criteria for self-awareness when assessed objectively
Neuroscientist David Eagleman explains that our conscious awareness accounts for only a small fraction of brain activity. He concluded that most decisions and behaviors are governed by underlying neural computations we're unaware of .
It’s time to uncover the hidden drivers.
1:1 Inner Inquiry Sessions
Most of what we call a “reaction” has roots far older than the moment it appears in. The sharpness, the shutdown, the story you tell yourself — it’s not random. It’s patterned. And those patterns were built early out of necessity.
These sessions are a place to start seeing what's actually shaping you. We slow down. We listen under the surface.
We begin to notice the strategies your system learned to stay safe — even if those same strategies are now creating distance, confusion, or pain. We are tracing back the creation of your current structure to understand what the underlying mechanics are and what’s driving you.
together we’ll explore:
What your system is protecting you from
How your ego learned to organize your reality
The relational grooves that keep pulling you in
The quieter truth that’s been burried
Here’s how we work…
We start where the tension shows up — the fight that keeps repeating, the dynamic you can’t shake, the reaction you don’t understand. You don’t need to be fixed. But something in your system is trying to protect you. And until you name the loop, it runs your life.
Recognize the loop
explore THE REACTION
What gets activated in you — defensiveness? Judgment? Withdrawal? These aren’t random. They’re structured. They’re rooted in something old. We slow it down enough to see what the reaction is doing —what it’s hiding, deflecting, or inflating to avoid deeper contact.
Locate the protector
Underneath every defense is something you're trying not to feel. Shame. Powerlessness. Exposure. We trace the reaction back to its source — not to shame it, but to understand what self-image it’s trying to preserve. The ego always has a logic. We just need to see it.
Accept the strategy
When you can see what you're doing and why — without flinching — something starts to shift. You begin to see how you've been holding up a false self to stay intact. You stop blaming the outside. You see the illusion for what it is. And from that clarity, real change begins.
This work is deep. But it’s the most liberating work you’ll ever do.
